???? PURPOSE

This show aims to raise awareness about the federal funding cuts to public broadcasting. In July 2025, Congress rescinded $1.1 billion previously allocated to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) through 2027—signed into law by President Donald Trump—effectively ending all federal support for public media for the first time in nearly 60 years.
